• Welcome to Fields Photography and Framing!

We are transitioning to a new studio, a new webpage, and a new blog, so please be patient with us as we attempt to keep you in the loop with all of the goings-on of the Fields'.

I think this is 2 months of updates…

I am so behind that I am going to do a few massive blog posts with mini-looks so that you can see a little of what I have been doing.  It has been crazy at the Fields’ studio and we are so excited to welcome Harrold’s Formal Wear into the family!  We have a new seamstress, Ms. Pam Hood, who is available for all of your sewing and alteration needs!  We have almost completed the remodel with a new permanent wall, dressing rooms, and soon, a massive mirror for all the handsome guys to see their tuxedoes!  I have enjoyed looking back as I prepared for this blog and look forward to showing you more, older sessions and weddings from earlier in the spring and summer.

Parker One Year

Waaaaayyy behind on blogging. :)

This wedding was held at Pineola Farms in April…yep, APRIL.  I loved the atmosphere of the farm and the wonderful staff…The bride and groom were even more amazing though!  Lauren and Clay were such sports on their big day…willing to do pretty much whatever I asked.  I added a few pics from their photo booth because I have had a few inquiries lately.  We are working on a funky, fun new backdrop for a few that we have in September, but the prop box will be the same.

John and Katherine are getting married

John and Katherine’s engagement session didn’t go quite the way we thought it would at times, but it ended up being perfect!  Apparently, you have to time the Oconee River just right to have a romantic canoe ride.  Here are a few of my favorites from their session.

Baby Preston

I eagerly waited baby Preston’s arrival because I was so excited about adding some tattoo baby pictures to my portfolio!  Mom and Dad brought a bunch of funky stuff to shoot his pictures with, so we had a bunch of fun and Preston slept through the entire session, which isn’t very common!  Hope you enjoy!

The Humphrey’s…three months later

I think I was trying to wait until their anniversary to introduce you to the Humphrey’s.  They were married at the  James Madison Inn in Madison, which is an absolutely beautiful location surrounded by funky older buildings…the combination that I constantly dream about!  They couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding day and I look forward to celebrating their marriage for years to come.
